“I suffer from major depressive disorder, chronic pain, childhood trauma and PTSD. I’ve tried literally dozens of medications, countless therapists and different types of therapies, even resorted to ECT treatment because I just couldn’t find any reason to want to live. After so many years of failed treatments and zero success I finally tried TMS because why not. I thought it was too good to be true that around 80% of patients who finish a full round of treatments has at least a 50% reduction in depressive symptoms but what did I have to lose. Even at treatment 30 out of 36 I thought it wasn’t working and it would be another failed treatment. Both are full of caring, wonderful people but Towson made me feel like that was home. I won’t lie, those 3-5x/ week treatments can be a little brutal … especially if you’re doubting the results but the team that works in the Towson office made it like I was just hanging out with friends! I started to get excited to go in and talk to them. I kinda miss them now that it’s over. I would recommend this treatment and this center to anyone and everyone who wants to fight to get better. Best decision I ever made!!!!”
