“Would not recommend. When Dr. U was there it was a quality experience from start to finish. When I came back to the practice early this year, it took almost 2 months to get an intake appointment, and more recently I had to reschedule an appointment originally meant to be at the end of April, they didn’t have space for me until June 5. I hadn’t been seen since March, my medication is still not sorted, so I’m not sure why they scheduled me for only 15 minutes - I barely had time to say 3 sentences. It also became apparent during the appointment that my practitioner hadn’t looked at a relevant medical eval I emailed her over a week before the appointment, until we were sitting there in our short 15 minute window. I feel ignored and unimportant. Suffering from mental health diagnoses isn’t something to push off for months, or squeeze the treatment of into short appointments - not until the maintenance phase, at least. I still haven’t gotten any relief since I started there mid February. Seek help elsewhere.”

“I really enjoyed seeing Dr. U, so leaving the practice was a difficult decision. My first issue was having my appointment canceled without notification due to an outstanding balance, which I understand but would have appreciated communication before taking time off of work to log on for my appointment. Then when I asked if my prescription could be re-filled I was told they would not do so until my balance was paid in full. So if I didn't have all of the money to pay it off I'd have to be without medication? Unfortunately the medication I take cannot be stopped abruptly like that. It just felt like there was a lack of understanding.”

“I am writing to express my deep frustration with a recent experience involving one of your staff members, Christina. I had scheduled an important appointment for my son, which she canceled unexpectedly—even though the operations manager had previously allowed my son time to submit the required forms before the appointment. Christina canceled it anyway, and when I called to inquire, she told me that there were no available appointments with the doctor for the next nine months. When I asked to speak with a manager, she hung up on me. I called back multiple times—at least ten—and each time, Christina picked up and immediately hung up the phone without giving me a chance to speak. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and families are already under stress. I urge management to look into this matter. Patients deserve respectful and compassionate service, not to be blocked from care by someone acting as a gatekeeper. This kind of treatment is not only upsetting—it can seriously impact people’s well-being. I hope to hear that this issue is being addressed appropriately.”

“Next day appointments available. First time seeing a psych NP. Whitney was thorough, knowledgeable and has a wonderful bed-side manner. Felt completely at ease. Will definitely be seeing her again. Office staff very nice too.”
