“I have had sprovado treatments in Rockville for over 2 years then I moved to the Frederick office. The difference in the environment was striking and in a therapeutic environment I can say that my treatment experience was far less effective. Sitting in a room for 2 hours was made to feel comfortable in many ways which directly impacted my treatment. Frederick was not good for that. Nor did the lead doctor seem to care about her patient. I recently have been facing danger w police involved and my nervous system has not felt as strong. I tried to see about returning and my many efforts to schedule ending up taking 2 month before the same doctor lady at Frederick had a virtual with me. I explained I had already had an "intake" appt the prior 1-2 weeks but my cognitive is not good so its difficult to get all the details. Plus before that "intake" appointment I had received calls from what sounded like a "telemarketer" saying I would need to pay several hundred dollars to do the "intake". I dont have the money because of the lost job, stalker, and other health problems I am already enduring. Anyway during the final intake with the doctor who paled in comparison to the Rockville doctors, and she seemed to lack the substance that made my treatments beneficial. I am happy to say after 3 years ending late 2025, I no longer need treatments like I did. The TMS treatments in Rockville were also helpful I did that for almost 2 months. I hope the Greenbrook will try to maintain the same quality level of service at all of the facilities. Minor differences are ok. Major differences in treatment are unacceptable and need to be reviewed and adjusted asap. Patients should not only receive a part of the treatment based on the input of the doctor in combination with the medicine.”

“Caring providers and comforting office. Had a few bumps but when made aware the staff worked hard to correct and get me taken care of. That's all you can ask for and too often not done by providers. Recommend highly! Also Thanks Kimmie!”

“This does not reflect on the Frederick, Md. office. Frank (intake specialist) and Dr. Sussal are to blame in this situation. Absolutely nightmare of an intake process. I had an phone call consult appointment at 1:30pm with Dr. Sussal. At 9:30am they call me to change my appointment to 2:30pm, no problem. They try to call me around 11am to change my appointment again to 2pm, but I was away from my phone, but they changed the appointment anyway. Dr. Sussal called me for the 2pm appointment at 1:40pm. I was away from my phone. I missed the call. I saw that he called at 2:15pm. I spent the next hour and a half calling in and speaking with Frank an intake specialist. He ensured me that he would call Dr. Sussal and call me back in 10 minutes, which never happend. I called back 45 minutes later and he insisted that he and Dr. Sussal called me at 2:30pm, which didn't happen. Then Frank proceeded to blame phone service problems for me not getting the calls. What a monumental dose of unprofessionalism I experienced! You think this could of all been avoided if the Dr. would have called me at my appointment time of 2:30pm. Now I have to wait till next week before I get any answers. Horrible experience!”
